Crystal has worked with Dr. DeLorean Griffin since January 2018. Crystal started as Dr. DeLorean Griffin's surgery scheduler while working at St. Mary Mercy Hospital and IHA - Livonia. Crystal transitioned into her role as Dr. DeLorean Griffin's Office Manger upon Dr. DeLorean Griffin going into private practice in what is now known as Griffin Plastic Surgery. Crystal manages and oversees the day to day operations, Surgery scheduling, staffing and so much more
